Project Management of the Development – Working out the Programme (Defining together with the developer and with PricewaterhouseCoopers the characteristics of the project and the specifications for the building), Coordination of the Designs, Tenders and Contracting, Direct Purchases of Materials and Equipment, Coordination and Inspection of the Works, Tests, Trials and Provisional Handovers. Marketing of the Offices (participating in the negotiations and working out proposals).
