When Invescon is the project manager of a development we act as the direct representative of the client. We coordinate and manage all those involved in the project – designers, consultants, accountants, lawyers, estate agents, builders, sub-contractors, purchasers, tenants and investors: throughout the development process we work to minimise and control risk, with a focus on compliance with deadlines, cost effectiveness and safety as defined at the beginning of the project.
