Viability Studies
In a viability study of a development an evaluation is made as to whether a specific project can be carried out.
A well prepared viability study will always be the basis of a successful project as one can then see the most viable alternatives or the reasons not to go on with the project.
Monitoring and Auditing of Developments
On the basis of the programme for the development the following services are provided:
Checking the plans and designs to ensure that they comply with the agreed specifications, cost and periods for completion of the works
Evaluation and implementation of possible alternative solutions
Auditing the plans and designs to ensure that they have been properly done, in accordance with the programme and without errors or omissions which could lead to extra costs during the construction phase
Management of Planning and Programming
The checking of the programming of the development can be done throughout all its phases:
Preliminary phase beginning with the original concept and project definition,
Working out the overall plan of the works to be included in the development programme
Checking the planning and the programming process during the design phase and determining the final planning and programme
Checking the planning and programme during the construction phase
Management of Costs, Budgets and Estimates
Costs should be managed throughout all the phases of the project:
Preliminary phase beginning with the original concept and project definition
Working out the initial budget to be included in the development programme
Cost management during the design phase and determination of the final budget
Cost management during the construction phase
Finalising the accounts at the end of construction
